Common questions
Do I have to move to the app?
No. Shipping your cards and taking your balance out work without it. Moving your account is what carries your points across and gets you the free pack.
What do I get for moving?
A free Starter pack in the new account, on top of the cards and points that come with you. Nothing is charged.
What happens to my balance?
Nothing until you move it. After your app account exists you can send it there and spend it in the app, or withdraw it to any wallet you control.
Do I have to withdraw before moving?
No. Your old wallet login keeps working on this page after the move, so your USDm stays reachable. Move it whenever you like.
How long does the balance take to show up in the app?
Usually about a minute after the transfer confirms. You can leave this page while it lands.
How does shipping get paid?
The fee is quoted before you confirm and paid in USDm from the old wallet in one transaction. Then we ship, tracked.
Can I come back later?
Yes. Everything here waits. Your cards and balance stay exactly where they are until you act.
Is the move reversible?
No. After it you sign in to the app with your email. This page still works with the old wallet login, so you can come back to ship cards or move your balance.
